Decent selection of stuff, and the staff on the shop floor and tills were super helpful and courteous.
But managers? PLEASE turn down the music! I love music but I don?t want to be speaking to my partner about my shopping choices with raised voices over the tunes.

Lots of staff standing by the door but to busy on Their phones and engaged in conversation to help out. Also told by as staff member that student discount cannot be used in store and only redeemed online. I can only find anywhere else?s that states this information. Disappointing!

Don't try and return anything unless you want to be judged and treated like a petty criminal! Very disappointed with my recent visit, I'm a regular shopper at this store and spend a lot of money usually with no issues. Last week I spent over £350 however when I got home I noticed one of the t-shirts I bought had a bright pink stain under the arm. I returned the t-shirt complete with receipt (both a paper receipt and one on my app). Rather than just exchanging the t-shirt for an unmarked one I was questioned as to when I bought it (all shown on receipt) then was asked to "wait there a minute". After 10 minutes of being left at the till I asked what I was waiting for to be told the person serving me had been told by the manager to check the CCTV for proof of purchase before issuing the exchange. Surely the two receipts presented with the item clearly listed on is proof enough! What should have been a straight forward exchange was unnecessarily prolonged and I was made to feel like a thief all whilst the till was left unmanned and ppl got annoyed and left the queue. Very bad customer service, the management needs retraining!!!

Staff needs more training. I bought a pair of shoes worth £90 . I asked for size 6.5 , I was given size 6 in a box of size 7. What's this all about? Very unprofessional, I should have been informed if they didn't have the right box, if they didn't have the right size.etc Now I need to pay extra fuel, extra time to go and change them. They lie toe from entrance to till and exit. Thank you JD

We visited the store today for an exchange and I would like to thank Nathan for his help and support to sort everything out for us. Nice , clean and tidy store with a huge selection of great products. Once again many thanks to Nathan for quick and smooth transaction. Will definitely call back soon.

Very poor service. I feel we were interrupting an important conversation. My partner wanted to spend about £100 on some new trainers but three staff were deep in conversation and only reluctantly stopped to help us out. They brought out the shoes but the girl serving us got bored and went back to chat. We got bored and bought trainers in another shop. And saved £40!

I called into JD Sports, Speke, to buy my first ever pair of running shoes. Obviously, I did NOT know where to start with the overwhelming choice on display, but Craig came over and asked me if I needed any help. After listening to me, asking me questions and offering advice, I left with a pair under my arm feeling confident about starting to run again after, oh.....way too many years to count.
