Visited the aintree store 3 time this week spent a lot of money on trainers the first couple of visits. The 3rd visit they didn't have what I wanted so was just about to call a a cab to go homey phone battery died went into store to explain what had happened bearing in mind I'm disabled and had a walker with me I asked if they could call me a cab they said thieirs phones don't ring out and made me walk across the street to Costa coffee to call a cab. Staff are unhelpful didn't even try to help. Won't be shopping there again ?

Worst staff ever , went in today told they lost key for changing rooms because they can?t be bothered manning them . There is a sale on and they are terrible . Get a decent manager , they have never had one which holds the whole place back

Dead store. Staff buying exclusive releases before they're avai to public then sell multiple pairs to each of their mates and resellers. Killing the trainer game along with others. And JD wonder why their sales are so low and they've lost loads of their customer base

Nike air max £160:00 air bubble burst after 4 months. Called JD customer services advised. Bring in proof of purchase and it would be a formality, for staff to accept send away to confirm manufacturing default then full refund. As Nike gives two year warranty. Met by retail assistant who called for manager. Wheres your reciept? these pop all the time! this one has been sliced how has this happened!?Me no idea. No! No! No receipt and not a defect can't help!?
So retail sales manager is now a Nike manufacturing quality assurance reviewer. And moreover is now not aware of the JD returns policy..Supplied by Nike after 14th September 2022

I drove to Southport JD sports, who were fantastic ? thankyou Michelle Manager. Top marks brilliant customer service, ? easily resolved matter.

Over a weekend we bought 3 pairs of trainers and all the staff were lovely but Tom went above and beyond. He had a good knowledge of a wide range of the products. He is a credit to the company.

Very helpful staff on checkout , we had a lifestyle voucher to use and didn?t realise had to register and download before use , the young man serving us went above and beyond to be sort it out for us , his help was much appreciated

Spent £205 today to be told I don?t get a paper receipt only a email receipt!!!! I had to type in my own email address with the thought running through my head that if I get this wrong I won?t have any proof of purchase! Absolutely pathetic! I was told they are not allowed to give out paper receipts anymore for card payments! This is all ok for young people but what about older people, you clearly don?t care and it?s obvious. Would like a full explanation of what would happen if someone mistakenly typed in the wrong email address!!!!!

Went in today was greeted at the door by a lovely young lady I told her I was looking for trainers would she pick me some and after a few questions of what type of trainer I like she got me a belter pair of Hoka very comfy an they feel good on my feet I didn?t catch her name but I would like to thank her for the help she was brilliant

Staff especially in the shoes section of the store have no customer service skills. Store had literally 3 customers in, only me looking at shoes and still waited about 10-15min to be seen for size etc when buying shoes for my 2yo. There must have been about 5 staff members that made eye contact and just ignored me whilst I was standing in the middle with a shoe in my hands. Bloke that eventually came to us walked past me looking at his watch about 3 -4 times. Online shopping from now on?
