Went into this store on 5th oct 24, to exchange pair trainers I brought. Limited staff in this store on a Saturday which thought was very poor. One staff at the till which weird on the queue for ten minutes before another member of staff joined the staff at the till who was serving. Staff stated had my size in store never explained someone would be out with the trainer. Waited 15mins for shoe to be brought to me. Whilst waiting I was trying to locate the one teenager in the shop floor who ignored me. The young boy came over with one pair teenager I ask if I could try the other pair on. He responded to me ?where's the other pair? three times ?
What at earth question is that you came to me with the box with the trainer in there so your guess as good as mine..
Finally goes into the back and locates the other trainer after asking where it was. Decides not to take the trainer in store, as didn?t like the condition they were in. Had to queue up again and wait ten minutes to be re-served. Had trainers ordered to another store - not the best experience.

Selling display shoe and not knocking price off even tho everyone would had there feet in it? both girls where rude then tried charging me 5 for white laces even tho sold me a display shoe!!

I didn't know that I had to fetch my own shoes, bring it to the counter where I'll be asked to wait till they fetch my size and magically know that my shoes have arrived and collect it. Great customer service!

We visited this branch of JD and was so impressed with the staff member named Steve. He was so helpful, polite and helped us greatly with finding our sons trainers. Thank you again Steve you are a credit to this company.
