Accused me of stealing! Awful and dodgy place there was a leak from the roof today and was just letting kids in could of had a electrical fire. They also have a card reader so don't use card inside.

Won't be sending my hermes parcels here anymore. They refuse to even look for them, I have to keep going back until they can be bothered. Very rude staff. Can't pay on card unless it's over £3 which shouldn't be a thing anymore.

Sxxt hole of a place cost me £165 refusing to cancel collection and give me my parcel back would you believe they hid the parcel so I couldn't take it ...Hermes aren't much better either

Very rude shop assistant. Always takes his time before finally coming over to serve you. Continues to fill shelves while you wait and wait...Signs saying that masks must be worn but he walks around the shop maskless!
