Visited today and had a look around the store, went over to the liqueur part and seen the cabinet which was locked it had herbal schnapps and got the woman to unlock it. I then purchased a small bottle for £8:25 and my sister did too.

Your staff seriously need to wake up and stop being lazy. I suffer with bad anxiety so I order mostly online. On several occasions now items that are always in your store have been marked down saying shopper can?t find item.. and it?s becoming ridiculous now. I also get soft items like bread and pizza squashed underneath heavy items and it makes me feel sick to my stomach that your staff are doing this to their customers.

Today, I was a bit in a turmoil as I needed to take 5 items off after it was scan at the register due to unforseen circumstances and it was beginning to get busy, which apologies were given by me for holding up the line. The cashier (unlike the customers behind) was very kind, understanding, and patient. He ensured it wasn't a problem and got the right help when needed to get the job done and remained focused.Would like to say thank you to the cashier and well done for whoever hired him. We need more patient people like him.Other than that, this Iceland has very friendly staff, they are great communicators, great selection and quality of foods that are stocked neatly, and visible pricing on all products.

their staff need replacing for their lack of care for customers, i got my food delivery and they put my bread underneath 4 heavy bottles of drinks so it was all squashed, i don't understand how these idiots get jobs, its apalling.

Nice clean store, lots of great produce frozen an fresh (check dates) an lots of deals on with multibuys. There is free parking outside. Disabled parking also with disabled flat access to the store.
