Strolled into the store, I was looking for some monster energy drinks but could not find them. But to my surprise, I got impeccable help by a kind, warming employee by the name of Owen. As busy as he was, he took time out of his hard shift to direct me to the monster energy drinks. Absolute hero I?d say. Needs a raise and promotion to manger atleast. Good on Owen. That boy has such a bright future. Made my shop a 10/10 experience. Deserved review and I hope to see Owen on my next shop ?

Why does it say on your Web site you close at 7pm when you close at 6pm it cost me £4.20 to get to your store for 6.20 but you was already closed put the right opening times on your Web site

Placed order for home delivery this morning, was told 2.30 - 4.30. Still waiting. 2 hours overdue. Rang customer services and was told order been cancelled. I never cancelled order. Since found out from an employee that the store can do this if they cannot cope with demands. Never ordering online again. County road liverpool. Disgusting service

Usually deliveries are good, drivers always friend and helpful. There's just this thing that I won't buy any fresh milk or milkshake for delivery bc it's gone "off", well before the delivery date too many times. The cathedral city range is very tasty, on the whole, not a bad experience

been ok as of recently saying my order has been delivered but have not received nothing the store won?t answer and the customer service can only send a email usually been great hopefully i can get this resolved

I ordered online received email telling me which items were out of stock and I had one substitute there was five items out of stock so they shown up driver was friendly but in a rush I bring the food in and noticed there was way more than just the out of stock food missing including the substituted item so I called the next day and got a re delivery but the food they gave me literally go of (not use by) go off the next day this is fresh stuff I ordered tiger loaf I realised it had already gone mouldy this isn't the first time they have messed up my order it's getting beyond a joke once or twice fine but now it's turned me right of ordering or even going there to any Iceland wich is rubbish as they used to be really good.

Any chance you can change your closing time to 6 instead of 6:30? Only wanted to grab an item about 6.10 only to be told ?we?re closed?. Frustrating to make the journey, wouldn?t have bothered if I knew the accurate closing time.

Im fumming got delivery at 8.20pm tonight the driver was rushing like mad throwing the bags at me asked if one freezer bag with slimming world stuff in is mine says yea and he says thank god got that gets in house goes to put shopping away there is half my shopping missing so checked my shopping bags to my receipt and half missing frozen and fridge I have rang iceland on Walton Rd no answer been up there and banged side door down delivery van there but no answer going back in morning to get my shopping there's at least 80 pounds worth of shopping missing
