After shopping in this store Iv witnessed more aggressive verbal behaviour from nasty impatient customers shouting which can make customers like myself in the que feel very uncomfortable as the poor staff on the tills must feel although they employ a security guard they just constantly stand by the window and never seem to move or even try to react to this unreasonable behaviour what?s the point of having security then is my question?

Got to checkout with £100 of food, asked to be delivered. Arrived 2 hrs later. No problem. Brilliant service. Keep up the good work guys.

My disabled girlfriend visited the store this afternoon & asked if there were deliveries available, and was told there was. When she got to the till she was told by another member of staff that there wasn't, and there was "nothing they could do" and basically completely uncooperative. My partner cannot carry shopping and relies on deliveries, as she has arthritis, fibro and other ailments. Utterly shameful treatment and extremely poor customer service.

Hit and miss with the staff on the day especially with the over 60 deal on a Tuesday, if you don't show your bonus card and ask if it still on the over 60 day they will not knock th 10% off. But it all depends on the staff
