Here?s the story I went to Liverpool 1 just to have a wee and I can't hold it(about to pass out). The last store I saw in front of me was Hotel Chocolat so I asked the lady staff If I could use their toilet and she allowed me without hesitation. After that, I bought something to show gratitude? Thank you so much!

Everything negative. I have went to many stores but here what I get is pure negativity in drink and vibes. This is what I got for adding cocoa whip for additional amount on hot chocolate. Half drink with small cocoa foam on top.

Hello neighbour. I work at the hotel Chocolate at Cheshire Oaks and I went to visit your store just recently. Buying three different items I was served by the very charming Joel.I also bumped into one of my colleagues who was helping you out. She was doing a great job as she always does at Cheshire Oaks.I love how cosy and cute your shop interior is and how welcoming the atmosphere is. Do tell your manager that we all say high and that we all think she is doing a fantastic job.Vegetarian options: Hotel Chocolats products are all plant based and are all grown on the island of Saint Lucia from cocoa beans.Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs and there is plenty of room for wheelchair based individuals to enter and leave the establishment.

Love this shop. I had a fabulous milkshake and then shopped using my birthday treat voucher on the VIP app and bought some great chocolates and received excellent helpful and friendly service from Lisa. Thank you as you made my birthday day special

I really wanted to taste their hot chocolate so I got a large hazelnut one with cocoa whip. I loved the cocoa whip, it was really soft and delicious, but I found the chocolate quite liquidy and sour. I expected it to be thicker and to have some sweetness, but that wasn?t the case. I wouldn?t say it was bad, but it isn?t for me. Next time I?ll try one of their shakes, as I?m sure I?ll love a sweeter product as the hazelnut flavour itself was quite good

Birthday voucher is good manager was nice by the chocolate selections with 4 for £16 offer explained as a v.i.p member.Staff member at the till could be abit friendlier no last impression skills..when you can see its been a birthday...no non business chatter like the manager....visited 9/4 about half 12.Manager said bye hope you had a nice birthday again initiated the friendliness.

Called in on Sunday for two drinks. First in the queue but ignored by the staff as they were too busy arguing amongst themselves about whether the cake stand needed washing or not due to some mix up with nuts. No apology or we'll be right with you so walked out and went elsewhere.
