“Me and my fiancé had the most wonderful experience at the Liverpool store! We booked a ‘Scent your wedding’ appointment and Emma was amazing! We were given a glass of Prosecco, a hand/arm massage and purchased our fragrances & lotions for our special day! The engraving on the perfume lids and the personalised box adds such a special touch! We will be recommending to friends & family as we truly had a lovely time. Thank you so much to Emma & also Chloe who we chatted to about our wedding day, our dogs and they were both so knowledgeable about all the products! Thank you again!”

“Excellent customer service re disability. We travelled by train for a hour yesterday for a day out,realising I'd forgotten my daughters access card. Spoke to a manager re queuing as que was wrapped around 3x and explained wed forgotten it but did have a picture on phone (for when needed to attach in emails). She told us where to go to avoid the que even without card on display. She really was a lifesaver for my daughter. THANK YOU”

“The new store on County Road is a lot bigger than the old store. It does have plenty of stock to choose from. I got everything I needed. It is clean and has good wheelchair acess, with friendly staff.”

“It’s busy all the time. Have good quality of clothes at affordable prices; however the staff seem busy all the time. The store should work on opening all the tills/counters to ease the queue. Merely find any staff at the store; let alone seeing them assist customers.”
