The shop is always good value staffing very good always clean staff very helpful ? take time and care of all customers don't look down on anyone ? no matter how they look desver good wages ten out of ten a lady fell in December 90 yeas of age they give the best help till ambulance came the lady recovering well due to their help

Good selection of goods. High quality but really cheap prices. Aisles are wide enough for comfortable shopping. The shop is clean and well maintained.
Comparing to competitors, I think Home Bargains are in the lead.

visited the store whilst I was in the area, not much in store compared to other home bargains I have visited. I asked the member of staff if they sold a certain item they didn?t have a clue what they sold & was not very helpful, check outs are really slow and no others where opened when the ques started to build up waited 20 mins at the checkout for a few items.
