Lovely customer service especially the dark haired small girl. Seemed very polite and helped me find the products I needed as I was in a rush! Great customer service would highly recommend visiting if in the local area!!!

I love this branch. Always extremely clean, tidy with lots of room in the aisles. Shelves are always full, neat and displayed really well. Overall appearance of this store is 100% - every single time. Helpful staff whenever I've needed to ask for assistance I've always got it immediately. There's a lady on the til, wears glasses, longish hair - wish I knew her name because she's FABULOUS. Always pleasant, even when she was suffering from a bad back one time, she was still smiling and joking with me. Can't think of anything negative to say only really positive things always. Best one in the city!!

Would be nice if the old blonde moody looking one had some customer service training. She just chucks your stuff through into the previous customer's shopping. Extremely rude. So Home Bargains are going to lose money when someone who's shopping gets mixed up with someone else's justifiably walks back in on another day and takes things off the shelves to replace stuff. Rest of the staff are good, music is typical Home Bargains depressing stuff.
