Hi I shop at your shop the other day and when I was been served the lady who served me was a little rude to me she was talking to another person who work there I shop at home bargains in my home town West Bromwich they are always polite to me ?

I was very sick so went to get some paracetamol and for my surprise I couldn?t buy a PARACETAMOL because I didn?t have my ID on me. I am 27 years old! I was in uniform ready for work and I asked her If I showing my university login or unidays would suffice to prove my age and even tho she denied and said that I look young! Shocking. I understand that the staff may check ID but they need to have a bit of common sense. I wouldn?t ask ID to a person with work uniform and university stuff that wants some paracetamol. RIDICULOUS

I was waiting in my car on the side of the store to pick up my friend witch she leaves right to the store and I only stopped in that spot for 3 minutes, and when I have stopped there. there is quite old women with home bargains uniform setting in her car in the same spot her car is ( BMW dark grey or dark blue) she starts shouting laod to and saying in very aggressive way you can't park her this spot onlyfor home bargains staff but there is no sign sayingthat, And I have explained to her I'm only waiting for couple of minutes in my car, Also, I told her I am on the sidewalk I am not on home barging space, And she left her car and come close to me and she told me leave or watch what's gonna happen to you?????,
Then I told her I don't think you trained enough to deal with situations like that, please I'm asking you nicely to call your manager or call the police if you think I'm doing something not right,Then she took it more personal And she become a racist, She told me when you come to this country you have to follow the country roles, This is not your back home, I was very shocked, I told her why even you say that show some respect and mercy I just lost my best friend he commits suicide, Then she told me I don't care you need to leave now or watch what's gonna happen. She said that again.
Then I decide to leave to avoid any Crush with her because she's not professional at all, and when I was leaving I told her I will leave you a Bad review and she laughed loud and she told me make sure you write the review in English so we can understand and laugh about it, She Breakers My Heart by saying that, I have been regular customer in that store for more than eight years, All the members of staff being lovely and friendly except of this woman. She is aggressive and racist and she shouldn't work with public.
