Visited Holland & Barrett in the Belle Vale shopping centre and bought some ear candles which where reasonable priced, also my sister bought some too.

Not visiting this Belle Vale shop again after repeating problems of being upsold incorrect items. My mum went to buy 2 products for me while I am ill in bed and instead of spending £9 she astonishingly spent £32!? I'm in shock! They claimed an item wasn't in stock when I had checked online first so she didn't waste her time - 5 were in stock.A much more expensive version was offered but my mum was too polite and said yes to not be awkward and because she didn't want to leave empty handed. They also told her a valid coupon code I have wouldn't work even though it's clearly valid on my account.The same thing happened a few months earlier when my dad was trying to buy something - they tried to double his order by adding on another item he wanted "as an offer" - something he didn't want.Please tell your staff to stop aggressively upselling people it's very off-putting for people who are shy shoppers.

Visited this shop in bellvale L25 ,Sundays 10/09/23 at 10 30am the shop had its shutters down ,lights were on.opening hours 10am /4pm ? no member of staff around. Waited until 11 20am when a member of staff opened shutters .didn't give any explanation why he's was late opening .his only comment was oh have you been waiting for me.not very pleased will not return sorry.

Thankfully the store has a good manager, because the little old woman who works there has a major attitude problem, when you return an item you have used that doesn't work.Online customer service said there's no problem, then this little old woman decides to question why I have used 2 week dose of a medicine before I see a gp.Definitely won't be returning to the belle vale store in Liverpool while she is behind the till.
