I've just had the most aggressive and rude interaction with a young man at the store on Bold St Liverpool - I've been a LONG TIME customer and was treated with rudeness and disdain from this man as tried to check out with my email address. He was so rude demanding my postcode despite my wanting to put in my email address to show my membership. He was a complete jerk and I will NEVER go to the Bold St store again!

Poor service. Kind to some customers, rude to others. Not even the manners to greet a child! A child who greeted a girl, who was serving us, Italian, like us. He greeted her twice!!! She... nothing. My son asked if the girl was busy and I replied that in these shops they are rude. She heard that we were Italian and told me the price in Italian, finishing serving me in Italian. I repeat. Rude. No one forces you to work for the public. If you don't like it, better go and clean the public toilets. This was Saturday February 15th. Really thank you so much, anyway. I realized that it is better not to buy from you.

Finally the shop where I am not constantly bothered with questions like 'do you need help?' 'How can we help you?' 'Are you SURE we cannot help you?!?'. I was asked ONCE if I needed any help. I said no thank you and I was left alone so I could peacefully browse products and wander around the shop. Just perfect!!

Customer service none existent. I was the only one in the store when I came in. I wasn?t greeted by the member of staff who was just too busy sorting out stock. When I approached him for help about a specific problem he just said ?no we don?t do that? then carried on doing what he was doing. He didn?t offer any suggestions or advice. I just ended up leaving. Terrible service!!!

rude unhelpful staff. Ask for help with a product as the stuff i usually buy was not avaliable, seemed like he couldnt be bothered to help was more interested in chatting to his colleauge who was on the computer.Didnt even ask for my loyalty card ect. think ill stick to my usual branch in bootle strand staff are amazing there nothing is too much.

Worst shop for supplements nothing clean or good quality in term of bioavailability, all filled with fillers and bulking agents and other harmful substances, and staff that explain the reason they use fillers and toxin compounds for there supplements will be some ridiculous uneducated explanation. Don?t waste your money only shop on the internet!!!!
