Absolutely foul manager Michelle not a bit compassionate about my complaint she had a if you don't like it go elsewhere attitude, been in several times no stock everything spread out all over the place no order to anything and all the staff or lack of them don't know what day it is that store needs to close as well .

I love Hobbies Craft and my sister is a real craft fanatic, so I had high hopes visiting the Aintree store. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed this time. The stock felt really spread out, making it hard to find what I needed. When I asked staff for help, they gave me a vague direction but didn?t really assist properly. I still like the Hobbies Craft chain overall, but on this occasion, the Aintree store let me down.

I phoned 15 mins prior to arriving at the Aintree store to check the availability of Wreath hangers. I was told they had both Red and White hangers in stock. When i then arrived at the store, i was greeted at the door by a female member of staff. I asked her where the Wreath hangers where and she then proceeded to walk round the shop clueless as to where they where actually located. I was then told that they didn't have any in stock and that one Red hanger was showing on their system but it wasn't actually on the shop floor and could have been robbed!!! A wasted Bus journey there and back from Maghull for nothing!!! A good hobby for the staff to take up would be to learn to give accurate information when a customer phones and to also know where your stock is located on the shop floor, instead of the customer having to play follow the leader for nothing!!!

Quite unfriendly when I asked if they had a toilet. They looked at each other as though I was from outer space. My granddaughter was there to buy a few things.
