Best thing to do, use Local Travel Agents, takes all the worry out of organising Holidays, arranged mine with Rachael at Allerton Rd, great Agent, couldn't have been more helpful and Friendly x

Went here to find a disability friendly holiday. Jeni was extremely helpful above and beyond what I normally expect when booking holidays. we left with many options and prices that had not been able to find ourselves. great prices and knowledge of what's available.

Rude, dismissive manager (Jenny). Asked me 'What I wanted her to do?' about a complaint I had. Told me to send my complaint about her directly to her?!Currently submitting a complaint to head office, cannot believe how disgusting I was treated.
