If I could give less I would, took my car every day from Tuesday - Friday and then the following Monday and Friday. Eventually said they couldn?t do the work after having £120 from me, took it to another garage and the work was done that day. At one point was told by Halfords to buy the part and fit it myself. Not helpful in the slightest!

Really bad customer service... My Mot was fail. Till I go to there I didn't receive any calls because I ask them pls ring me if its fail. Never mind.

Booked in and payed for my tyres online.
When I arrived for my appointment, was told not in stock.
Rebooked, my wheels were damaged after fitment.
After a few weeks and vibration in the car, had my wheels balanced and the amount of balancing weights stuck around the inside of the wheel was a ridiculous amount and was the cause of the vibration.
These guys, really haven?t got a clue.
I definitely won?t use Halfords again.
Not recommended.

Had a lovely visit here today? Very helpful and explained everything to me and we?re all very polite? Wish more garages were like this.. Will definitely come here again? Definitely worth booking your spot here..

Went down to see car it?s pass mot forgot about the 10 checkout on brake Absolutely disgusting pass mot .did a 10 check on brake next minute ask 680 pound to do .I said no then they have taken the Micky they making me wait and wait hours to get car back no way to do business really getting depressed waiting here 2 hr waiting

"I recently had my car serviced at Halfords Autocentre, Antree Garage, and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Despite paying nearly £300 for a Major Service, I noticed that the wheel balancing had become worse, one of my headlights stopped working, and there was a coolant leakage issue. I've had to top up the coolant multiple times, and it's clear that something was done incorrectly during the service. Poor workmanship and a lack of attention to detail have left me feeling frustrated and let down. Would not recommend."

I Had to book in for a MOT and oil service on my car I called up and spoke to joe who was very helpful in getting me booked in that week and to the correct level of service my car was needing with MOT
Upon dropping my car off i was assured I would get updates throughout the day of how the service and MOT was going
Unfortunately my car failed its MOT but joe reassured me that he would be able to get his team to fix the issues that day and was clear with pricing this was a great surprise as I was needing my car back for work the next day
This all reassures me that the team are working as a well oiled machine and take pride in customer needs
I will be back using there services again at this centre and will highly recommend them to others

Had my car in for a service and MOT at Halfords Aintree, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Joe on the front desk was absolutely brilliant?super friendly, helpful, and made everything feel really straightforward. He kept me updated throughout the day, which was a nice touch, and the team had everything sorted quickly and efficiently. Great service all round?I'll definitely be coming back next time!
