Halfords in Edge lane ordered a bike for my grandson on Monday the lad who delt with me was great very helpful told I could pick it up on Sunday. Went on Sunday asked to show proof of purchase and the assistant brought out the bike checked it over lowered the seat made sure extras were on the bike explained about the service plan which was also told about when ordering but after seeing how complicated the bike was decided to go with it not pushed but guided he was very friendly and helpful grandson was really happy.

``Can not praise the staff of Halfords Edge Lane Liverpool highly enough for fixing an emergency wheelchair tyre repair. They went beyond their remit to rectify the problem in a caring and very professional manner.

Young lad working in bike department looks like Harry Potter over charged for a chain and when confronted the chain magical never got sold from there ALWAYS WATCH WHAT YOU ARE BEING CHARGED IN HALFORDS

Very nice staff but unable to change my rear fog light bulb. Was initially not even sure where the rear fog light was. Waste of time.

I experienced a great service at Halfords, Edge Lane, Liverpool.
Trish took my details and organised one of her colleagues to fetch and install the roof rails to my car. I was given a comprehensive walk-through for opening, removing and reinstalling the roof rails. Plus adding a bike rack(s) into the newly installed roof rails.
I would recommend Halfords for sure.
