Had a sudden, unexpected flat tyre. Managed to make our way to Erskine Halfords. They had a tyre and got it fitted and us back on the road within 30 minutes. Friendly and knowledgeable service as well.

This place is like a joke.It took 5 hours to change two tires two days ago. The interior of my car was also stained, and the used gloves were all on my car seat. . . .Unprofessional tire changing service, the car requires inflation of front tire 44 and rear tire 45, look what they did.Won't come here again

I use Halfords for all my car needs and benefit from the premium membership club, just had it's MOT and although it costs a lot what my car needed I can pay on a monthly plan which you don't get anywhere else! The guys in the garage are great, so professional, informative and do a great job, Thanks Halfords to the main shop fixing light bulbs etc to the garage for repair work I know my car is always in good hands

Had a full service and MOT on 15/05/25. Great staff, very friendly, very knowledgeable. Any extra services not covered by the service were clearly explained in full and also their price. I found myself paying my bill at the end, without being hit by any unexpected or hidden costs. I'll continue using Halfords for my service and MOT as long as they keep their prices reasonable.

It might seem like nothing to the gentleman on reception but I can't thank him enough for listening; giving his knowledge, experience, wisdom and getting my car sorted. Awesome gentleman.
As a premium motoring club member. I had a problem and visited 4 sites over 4 days in the Liverpool/Merseyside area. 3 garages were brilliant. Honest, professional and helpful. Thank you Halfords Erskine Street/Edge Lane and Vauxhall Road.

Came for a brake light and was pressured into 4 new tyres. My car then developed a new intesnley loud grinding noise which we discovered was my mud guard jammed into my back wheel - improperly refitted and hanging off. We fixed it with much effort - and it is now worn and damaged. I would not trust Halfords again.

I came here for an MOT, it laste a whole Saturday, and at the end they did not tell me that my car failed. So l went home knowing that my car needs repairs. Later l saw the certificate and l was stressed booking an other appointment the next week. Luckily they could fit me in the day my MOT expired.

They provided good service, but HAL you are not communicative. I contacted you to enquire about the booking or what was the next step because I had been on warrant and wanted to know if it had been approved. To my surprise, I was told 'Do not call us, wait for us to call you', and I never bothered to call again and never heard from you again. Even when I went to take my car in for servicing, I looked for another garage. I'm glad they don't mind my phoning and asking what's going on with the repairs or anything I need. Additionally I will never call again.
