Awesome customer service!! Jackie was the staff member who I dealt with, couldn?t recommend her calm customer service approach enough, she was thorough, helpful & advised me on how best to look after the product I bought. She repaired my watch quickly & effectively. Fantastic - 10/10.

We went into the shop not knowing what we wanted and Mia was so helpful! She was patient with my indecisiveness and give me her honest opinion on particular rings. During conversation we had Mia told us that her shift ended at 12:30pm and when going through with the purchase I noticed that she was working past her scheduled shift to help us find our rings. Thank you for all your help Mia!

The salesman that dealt with my sale was Sean at the Liverpool One branch. He showed nothing but efficiency, helpful, pleasant and done all he could to make are wait less painful. He must have apologised at least ten times. But because of the finance I have never been so embarrassed, although l could pay cash for my goods which l did in the end as the shop was closing l decided to do the interest free option, which l have done before in this store, l have bought most of my jewellery in the Liverpool One
Branch but after the treatment today. Having to hang around the shop for over an hour, l will think twice when needing jewellery again. No explanation as of yet to why things were taking so long
