Such a Lovely restaurant- forget about the Pizza Hut, Zizzi and pizza express in Liverpool And just come here. Great Italian food, great service.

Only thing that made the night out worthwhile was the service and attentiveness from our server Mike who is an absolute asset to your team. The rest of your team including those who snarled at our party members celebrating their anniversary need to have some service training pronto. Mains took ages to come and were cold or lukewarm when they did arrive - we knew they were coming at least as there was a member of your team screeching at the pass whenever orders were ready.

Been to Gusto this evening at Liverpool docks, sat down and ordered straight away. 1hour later we were still waiting for our starter. Asked if the starter could then come out with the meals due to the time it had taken.
1hour 50 minutes later still no food. Spoke to the manager who apologised and gave us a complimentary drink and advised will give 50% off the bill.
Food eventually came nearly 2 hours later, was just about warm. Then we asked for the bill, found they have charged us for the complimentary drinks. New bill came and amount looked less and we just wanted to get out of there after an awful evening.
Got home to recheck the bill and found they still charged us for the complementary drinks just in a separate area of the bill!!!!!
Awful service, Average food and we were still conned out of money, will not be retuning.

Went here last night for a friends birthday our meal was fab as always!! Great service & unreal food ?? The cherry sour cocktails are amazing too. Thanks so much to all the staff and Casamerio for such a lovely night celebrating ??

Had a filet steak with the red wine sauce. Absolutely incredible. Scallops starter was nice but only 3 Scallops and it was expensive. Overall great night.

Food very good, service OK, had to wait a little bit of time before coming to take drinks order. One guest told server she was alergic to aubergine, we ordered mixed starter and was not informed it had aubergine on plate. Also a service charge had been added to bill and we were not informed about this and left another 10%, think they rely on people having 1 too much to drink, should be told service is included

Kid-friendliness: Been here with my children & grandchildren a few times. Make your own pizza is a favourite.
