Ordered a all day breakfast, and usually if they don?t have the item you want they?ll cancel the order, instead they accepted the order and called me to say they don?t have the item, I asked them to cancel and they said I need to do this, firstly I would not get the refund for 5 working days so I?m pretty much borrowing money to Uber eats, secondly they should not accept my order if they don?t have the item. She then suggested I swap it for similar items of the same price, so I got offered a cold ham and cheese baguette in place of a breakfast baguette and they call this equal value. Customer service was a joke also

Went in Sunday and an older woman served me it took forever I asked for a vegan Mexican bake she then gave me a sausage cheese and bean I didn't notice until I left and bitten into it I didn't go back because I didn't want to kick up a fuss because she was an older woman but that's a big problem I was waiting for her to finish her conversations before I got served which was annoying as I was on my break for work

Order food via just eat, turns up half the order is missing had to reorder it whilst waiting for them and just eat to sort refund only for them to lie and no refund give. Thieves the lot of them avoid won't be using again will stick with subway far better and far fresher.

Went in to Greggs today to purchase some food and was served by a young man I think very early twentys. My purchase was under £2.50p and i gave him a £10 note, he then gave me all coins in my change. I asked him to change the coins in to a £10 note as I found £5 in the back of my purse and was going to give him £ 5 in coins aswell. He told me he couldn't open the till which I understood, so I said I will wait until you serve the next person. He then ran in to the back of the shop and a young blonde girl came out and told me with an extremely bad attitude, that even if they opened the till they couldn't change the money. I told her that I couldn't see what the problem was. This vile member of Staff then gave me a horrible glare, stormed of saying "speak to the manager if you dont like it, her name is Linda". I couldn't believe the attitude of this member of Staff, I have always found the staff to be very polite and helpful in the Southroad Waterloo shop. There was a lady in the shop who spoke to me outside and said to make a complaint as this was very bad service. The main reason for exchanging the coins was I was shopping for somebody with Autism and he is set in his ways and he gets quite confused when dealing with money and too many coins confuses him. Not a happy customer to say the least You do not know what type of day people are having so it's best to be nice and not presume you can treat people with a disrespectful attitude.
