Only sent one bag (hot food ) and not the cold one ( full of food and drinks also ) couldn?t get a refund through Uber despite proof from myself and drivers testimony. Tried to call. No answer. So between this place and Uber eats I?ve been robbed of £15 and called a liar. Won?t be using Greggs again if it?s not rectified

Got the family's Sunday breakfast from the Old Swan branch. Everyone happy with what I brought home. Staff were a ray of sunshine on an otherwise wet and miserable Sunday morning

I visited this store as I had dropped my partner and her mum to the hospital I ordered several things and a must is sausage rolls they had none ready and I had to wait 5 mins until they were cooked the young man who served me was very polite informative and apologetic that I had to wait as I explained to him you can't rush good food and I would prefer it was cooked properly he agreed but again said sorry and even offered me a complimentary drink why I waited this service is rare nowadays and its a shame as this service made me feel valued as a customer I would definatly return for the brilliant customer focus the young man gave

Helped elderly man into shop on tues he had fallen outside our shop in ice and snow lovely team made him welcome and gave him free donought and sandwich and I thought that was lovely.

I was in this place with my family, my 1 year old baby, sleeping on my arm. the tables were busy with some gentlemen talking, so I excused myself and got a chair to sit on, as the baby was sleeping on my arm.An attendant removed the chair, so I stood, drinking my coffee, a moment of rest. no one got up, no one helped, the space is small, and there is no place for mothers with babies, as the gentlemen stay there talking for hours and hours. And nobody does anything at all! That's education, days after Christmas.
