But did have to order something and pay another delivery fee
But order was sent out with free box of doughnuts

I don't normally put reviews but have visited this Greggs a few times . Phil - the manager is a credit to Greggs a person who takes pride in his work and a joy with customers wonderful interaction with the general public. The food is always hot and everything nice and neat - my goto Greggs. Wonderful !

Bought a vegan sausage roll and it was cold. All the fridges and display cases were essentially empty which is not great for lunch time. Also all the tables were dirty and there were crumbs everywhere. The person serving us did not seem happy at all - seems like a miserable place to work.

I was refused to get food as I had a dog.
No signs placed on doors to inform customers. Very embarrassing when a member of staff have to inform you in front of many people. This all can be avoided if adequate signs are in place.

Went to Greg?s in edge lane Liverpool with my 3 kids and it was very challenging with my autistic daughter, my boys drop tea everywhere it was very crowded as it was school holidays and the lady?s sabina and Lois was so helpful and polite and returned drinks and was very helpful when trying to clean the mess thanks you lady made my day much easier
