I am not normally a person to complain but I have just been to the greggs on great Homer street and I am throughly disappointed with my service. I was given three burnt cold sausage rolls from the back and my caramel latte I ordered tasted like rocket fuel. Both ended up in the bin. I know that greggs is not very expensive and that is part of its appeal and I have visited this greggs on occasion before and never had a problem but today I was disappointed.

Doesn?t have toilets?!
I couldn?t quite believe the staff when they confirmed there?s no toilet! It?s awful to think they?re trying to get away with this in a new store too. They?ve already had a lawsuit against them in hull about them trying to get away with not adding toilets to stores with seats. Come on Greggs remember it?s the customers who made you this huge business in the first place now you can?t even provide basic facilities. Do better.

Was given sausage roll instead of vegan sausage roll. Rectified straight away, really apologetic and refunded as well. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Got large white coffee was charged £2.75 when they are only £2.30
Staff are to busy talking to each other instead of doing their work.
Only noticed when I got a notification on my bank app .
