Food is always lovely, super tasty especially the firecracker chicken and jerk chicken baguette. The tomato jerk gravy WOW!! Smoothies are super fresh and flavourful! Would highly recommend. Chefs special chicken brown stew with rice and peas ???? the meat was so tender and the flavours were soaked right through. Eat it that fast we didn?t get pictures will definitely be back!!

Meal preps are so overpriced. I was quite busy one week so I thought I'd order a batch. Meals are basic and very bland, I'll just stick to cooking at home. Healthy doesn't necessarily mean rid of all flavour and dowse in sauce.

Very overpriced for basic meal in a box. Sweet potato mash had absolutely no flavour and chicken had no seasoning.
