I wanted to give my wife a necklace on our first wedding anniversary and I had selected 2 necklaces from their shop online. When I went there I was wearing my work clothes with safety boots cause I had a plan to go work through it. The staff I encountered was Charlotte she denied having the necklaces on their store which I had chosen online and said they don?t have anything on that price range and I again asked so she suggested me some other but those were double the price and I said I wanna have that one and her face turned wonderful I mean she looked happier than me. Even if I was looking poor guy she didn?t go on my looks she was awesome. My wife loved that necklace. Thanks Charlotte.

We went to this store passing by and were interested in purchasing a watch, I managed to get a fantastic watch thanks to the assistance and all the help given to me by the staff, and more specifically thanks to the help of Daniel for facilitating this.

The worst in-store experience i've ever had. Visited no 2 Victoria Street Nottingham on the 16th Sept 2023 with a view to buying another Rolex to celebrate buying my first one from Goldsmiths 25 years ago. Not only that, i have bought several other watches over the years also, but that didn't cut any ice with the young and inexperienced assistant who after keeping me waiting for over 10 minutes informed me that i would have to ''make an appointment'' and come back a week later. So i returned on the 23rd, and after being kept waiting again a fair while i was eventually served by a (Lisa) who it became apparent quite quickly displayed rather a poor attitude. I realise that ROLEX have limited their supply to carve an exclusive niche creating waiting lists in order to inflate prices which is hard enough pill to swallow, but when potential customers are willing to spend £1000's you would expect getting an excellent service would be just natural. Not the case here, within minutes the assistant became agitated and literally walked away and didn't return. To say i was shocked is an understatement. From what i've seen I get the feeling staff here are generally unhappy and seem constantly under pressure and this impacts customer experience. Anyway someone else came and placated the situation , but by this time i had lost interest and left in disgust. I realise that Goldsmiths are now part of a much bigger Group of Companies and as a result the danger is customers might not get the best face 2 face experience than you perhaps would in smaller or family run boutiques, but that doesn't excuse pure rudeness. Message to Goldsmiths/Watches of Switzerland - Start treating potential customers with more respect as the their money is as good as anyone else's. One more thing, the idea of offering alcohol to customers to influence a sale is not a good look either. I got an email a week later to say i've registered my interest in the Watch when in fact i hadn't stayed long enough to do that!

Excellent service and support from Goldsmiths Liverpool. Staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. I would definitely recommend this store.

I visited the Liverpool Church Street branch to buy a watch. The service from Ian was excellent, he was very knowledgeable about the range of watches and very patiently helped me select the right watch. I have bought watches here before and would definitely recommend this store for the range of watches available and the standard of service.

Terrible service here, went to look for 2 new watches for me and my spouse and immediately was laughed at by a young girl working there while she looked us up and down clearly making comments about us to another employee.I?ve always had good experiences in many goldsmiths shops but this was very disappointing, they lost out on a potential sale and also possible future sales from us, unless your face fits the bill do not expect to be treated with dignity you?ll only leave feeling belittled and insecure.

Barry thank you for ordering our his and hers tissot prx watches a few weeks ago! Ian in store made appointment swiftly and was an absolute super guy from start to finish ! 5 stars are not enough for this service I wouldn?t go anywhere for jewellery and watches guaranteed the best every time. I went into the goldsmiths store knowing which rings I wanted to try on with my engagement ring. Libby had them all waiting for me, I tried them on but I think she could tell I wasn't 100%. She went & pulled out something I wouldn't of even choose & fell in love with it. Everything was 10/10. Thankyou Libby x

My Mum and I recently visited Goldsmiths in Liverpool Church Street. As usual exceptional service from Laura.A lovely member who never rushes us and is a credit to the company.Goldsmiths is always our first choice for jewellery. They never fail to impress.
