“Walking aound the Albert Dock today, I couldn't help noticing the number of derelict looking boats tied up in the dock, I can't understand the mentality of the 'city fathers ' allowing such eyesores to adorn the centre of a main tourist attraction in Liverpool.”

Here’s the story I went to Liverpool 1 just to have a wee and I can't hold it(about to pass out). The last store I saw in front of me was Hotel Chocolat so I asked the lady staff If I could use their toilet and she allowed me without hesitation. After that, I bought something to show gratitude?
