I will never forget how Dr Savita Mittal helped my father & in his terminal illness she was there for him, I changed Surgery due to this & now she cares for me, wonderful lady.

Dr Mittal and her team are truly wonderful. Not only is Dr Mittal incredibly empathetic and caring, but she has also gone above and beyond to accommodate my daughter during times of illness, even offering emergency appointments. The entire practice, from the reception staff to the specialist nurses and doctors, is top-notch. The office is modern and convenient, even allowing for prescription requests to be made via email. I highly recommend this practice

it's impossible to have an appointment. my experience" I called 13:26 pm( the computer doesn't open yet until 13.30 pm. So, i called them back (at 13:36 pm) and they was fully booked( just 12 people can have appointment). The receptionist just told me that i have to keep trying every day like if i have to try to win the lottery one day and for them it is normal.We are talking about sick people can not have an appointment when they are sick.it's a joke, I think we deserve better than that!

This used to be great practice, Dr Thomas was the best doctor about since they got rid of him. The place is shocking as for the reception chatter boxes useless soon there job will be gone and it?ll be automotive service.

Receptionist is awful there's a young one that's nice but an older woman who obviously has a medical degree and allows her tell you you don't need to speak to the Dr when you call up to say your pregnant.

The practice nurse is great.But the receptionists really let this place down they have frequently told me I don?t need xyz during my pregnancy when I?ve called to book in appointments for vaccines and other things. It?s good of them to make medical judgements and give medical advice without medical training. They don?t even check nhs website.Find another practice!

The staff at this medical centre are so unhelpful and have no sympathy or empathy for their patients whatsoever. The receptionists seem to make it their job to be as unhelpful as possible, even when the patient is clearly in severe pain or discomfort: it isn?t exactly a busy place, so you would think that the staff would be happy to help. It would be a waste of time using this surgery, you would be better off (and better treated) somewhere else.
