When the delivery person dropped my food off to top was just fully open, please consider adding a bit of tape to make sure food is safe on the way and avoid cross contamination and food tampering.

After ordering for years from this place at the normal rate, I still accepted the price increase even tho they are the only ones on our street increasing it.
I live just under 1min walking distance away from them (jut couldn?t collect as I?m not feeling well)and I?ve been now charged £3 for delivery(usually 1£)
Is not only about the £2 , it?s about the treatment for loyal customers and that on Deliveroo the total was 8£, so is cheaper to order from a place than call them straight away?? What is this ??
Not a long time ago a 14inch pizza with drinks and chips was 11£ now I just paid 10£ for a 9inch one with fries and a can?
As good as your pizza is, I?m afraid you just lost a regular customer for this, also the fact that the delivery guy told me ?yes £3 for delivery look here is the receipt and I had to come to you? like it was at the other end or Liverpool?. Just ridiculous

Do not order from this store, I?m writing this review another 30 minutes after this photo. They take your order through uber eats and then don?t deliver the food. Don?t order!!!

ordered family food when arrived chicken half cooked and pizza was missing when contacted they refused to give it to us email proves order but refused saying we didnt order absolutely fuming told me no biss available to help dont order stay away

I've ordered a few times and visited never had a problem .think it must have new staff .ordered pizza and chips to be delivered for my grandchildren .when it arrived after 45minutes which isn't bad timing but chips were hard but cold .pizza was burnt .rang to say I wanted replacement of pizza as kids already starting to eat chips .kids bring kids ..had to ring back 45 minutes later as replacement hadn't arrived .another 10minutes it arrived just as burnt as the one I was sending back. Won't be ordering there again .binned the pizza .driver told me we could keep the first burnt one .ermmm no it's burnt mate !!! Definatelt wouldn't recommend this place anymore

Very Bad Food. I tried this fried chicken shop, and it was terrible. The food had no taste at all. The chicken was dry, and the coating was not crispy or tasty. Even the sides were not good.
I could not finish my meal. I will not come back.

Ordered on UberEats to my work place which is open until 6pm. Ordered at 2pm, rang them 1 hour later and they said order on the way, didn?t even take my postcode or order number. 5pm and still no food. Rang back and they said the driver waited outside for 30minutes. Our store front is all glass and the door is open. Shop lying through their teeth and told us to come pick it up ourselves. The whole point of delivery is because we don?t have access to a car to get there! Unreliable. Do not order. Gone down hill for the past 6 months.

Absolutely disappointed. Only wanted to make an order and I?m not even far. They took my order haven?t even delivered my food and not even picking up the phone. Do not order from here as they aren?t reliable or even available to give you updates on your order.
