£20 for a so-so cheeseburger, disgusting chips and a drink. Seems very expensive to me, unreasonably expensive. £5 for a drink that costs them less than 10p. Na know, didn't like it at all, there are plenty of alternatives for less money and better quality

Burger was actually quite tasty. Ordered a large portion of fries for two to share and recieved enough fries to feed the street.

Usually wouldn?t waste my time writing reviews but this one deserves one. If I could give this no stars I would. I visited five guys on 29th November. Me and my boyfriend come to get two milkshakes and a fizzy drink when ordering we asked for two biscoff milkshakes. When asking for them the member of staff ?manager? said to my boyfriend ?do you want cream? which he then asked me if I wanted it on mine after replying yes she then made the comment ?why do you have to copy what she?s doing, do you have to follow everything she does? which my boyfriend then replied ? I was just asking if she wanted cream on hers, not mine, is there a problem?? Which she rolled her eyes and give us the receipt. Once my boyfriend went to get a drink out of the machine it wasn?t working just pouring a little bit of liquid presumably the remaining of the syrup. Once asking a member of staff ?grace? if she could check the machine she did and was very efficient but couldn?t figure out what was wrong so let the manager know and she come out and tried them both and said ?there?s one upstairs? no apology when he went up that one wasn?t working either, so I said there all not working which the manager ?larca? stormed out and swapped the syrup over and it was working then but still no apology, once are milkshakes where made they didn?t even taste like they was blended and the milk tasted mouldy I asked if I could have one remade and that tasted just as bad but with the way the manager was I couldn?t even be bothered to ask again for a refund or change as I had the worst experience. The staff looked stressed but still lovely service from the members of staff but the manager should not be a manager with the lack of respect and service towards us we ended up throwing our milkshakes in the bin. I?m very disappointed with this and really hope this is looked into as I have worked in fast food chains previously and I know this is not how you treat customers when we have not shown any disrespect to any members of the team.

Decent five guys. Staff were friendly and quickly prepared. Not the biggest of places though, if you want to sit in. Also expensive for what it is.

Food was lovely first time here, and those chips ? are savage ? , burgers are good too , reason for 4 starts is place was messy papers and food on the floor and tables not clean but staff were lovely and food was great

Bland tasteless and 900-1200 calories for one burger, swimming in grease. Staff more interested in chatting than serving customers.
Not fit to give to your dog.
After reply: okay fair enough, the fat content in the mince used must be high and of a quality that causes the juices to be oily and have a greasy feeling.
The rest stands.

My first time in a Five Guys place. All what I would say: brilliant. If you thought a burger can't be amazing because it's just a burger... you'll see, this is amazing. The portion is huge, the taste is great. I would totally recommend.

I never entered in a Five Guys before so I didn?t know how does it work. So I recommended that, for couple, just ask for small fries, not necessary more due is a huge of fries that they will give you

So incredibly average for the price. Considering a meal is £20 or more, you can have meal somewhere like Fat Hippo, Honest Burgers, O'Hannes, Almost Famous etc for less, and the quality of all of those is so much better than American chain fast food. Don't understand why anyone would choose here apart from marketing
