Seriously useless company. Expecting next day delivery, followed the tracking, then delayed. Contacted fedex, and their response was that they were given the wrong address from the sender. Contacted sender, address was correct. Following day Expecting delivery and again delayed. Contacted the sender who seems to be able to speak to someone at fedex and not a robot. The sender was told that they tried to deliver the parcel for the 2nd time, but no one home. The wife was home on both days even though fedex apparently had the wrong address the 1st time... Now, according to the tracking, it'll be tomorrow. Meanwhile, the parcel that has a machinery part to get the machine to work will not be working for another day. So our work is at a standstill. Thanks fedex!

A shocking company who don't give a toss about their employed or subcontract employees, absolutely disgraceful wages paid despite being world wide company worth billions Offering £11.40 for NIGHTS in their warehouses, then deciding to cancel contracts with regular service providers therefore costing long term sub contract staff at a number of stations their jobs some 4 WEEKS before christmas, they don't want to pay for various services or give their OWN staff a meaningful payrise but have money to sponsor the champions league and other sporting events absolute disgrace.....plenty of other courier services around DO NOT give this company your money..!

So, I ordered a birthday present that was coming from Hong-Kong by FedEx. I was able to track it all the way. Its trip all the way to Europe was perfect until it reached Liverpool on Friday at 07:54. FedEx stated it would be delivered on Friday by 6pm and the expected time was 08:40 to 12:40. I live 20 mins away from the depot at Liverpool Airport. We stayed in all day to then check the app after 6pm to be told it will be delivered by 6pm on Monday. What a joke. I could have picked it up myself if I had been told on Friday morning they were having issues.

Absolutely garbage company. I've waited in 2 days on the trot for my delivery and despite being marked "out for delivery" it had not arrived, then reported "delayed" after 6pm. I tried calling them but got stuck in automated message hell.... so thoroughly annoying... avoid like the plague!

This by far and away has to be the worst delivery company ever... I am so sick and tired of having to speak to an answering machine no matter how much you gussy it up... And try to make it sound as human as possible it's impossible to try and get hold of somebody human to actually speak to all I want to know when my package is arriving... I wish I could give this a minus review I would have given it within a heartbeat... I've had to wait at home all day because these imbeciles can't pick up the phone... I'm sure I can get through to members of the royal family far quicker than I could. Would federal express but then again saying that it is an American company ... Why am I not surprised at this level of incompetence

Fedex is a huge corporate company, and I wish there were more consistency across the different stations and locations. I recently found out that some stations can accept over-the-counter transactions and some others cannot, it would be really helpful to see that information either on their website, when you look for the different locations, or on Google Maps.Having said that the staff at this location was beyond helpful, they tried to assist me in any way they possibly could. Jake was incredible and I am super grateful for that. Good customer service always goes a long way.

Absolutely rubbish company. Booked a pick up for a Friday and no show then assured that it would be picked up today Monday. Guess what no show yet again. Had to cancel it in the end as we are going away in the morning. Cannot believe they had the brass nerve to say that they called at 10.00 am this morning which is a total lie as there were four of us in all day and we have been vigilant keeping watch! If you have an alternative go with it as this firm is an absolute shambles. Never ever again!!! Appalling service. DO NOT USE THEM.

Easily the worst courier you can use. delivered my 9 month old child's passport to the wrong address. Don't even recognise the property to retrieve. After speaking with the call centre who promised me an email and a call back to update to try and collect, no response.

I was promised by Fedex that my package would be delivered today,( 06/04/23). It has not been delivered. I wouldn't get this from any other courier. If you promise, then you had better deliver, or contact me as to why you cannot deliver. [Your FedEx package is due for delivery by 06/04. ]
