I recently visited the newly renovated Greenline Farmfoods store and was genuinely impressed by the size, layout, and wide selection of items available. It?s clear that a significant investment has gone into creating a modern and attractive space for customers.
However, I was quite disappointed to find visibly rotten oranges still on the shelves, ready for sale. This raises concerns not just about the freshness of the produce but also about the overall quality control and food safety standards in place. As per UK food hygiene regulations, retailers have a legal duty to ensure that all food sold is safe to eat and not past its best. Selling visibly spoiled items can damage both customer trust and the store?s reputation.
This store has great potential, and it would be a shame to see it fall short due to a lack of care in daily operations. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and puts systems in place to regularly check stock, train staff properly, and maintain the high standards that such a beautiful store deserves.

The new store refit looks amazing! The store looks much brighter, well laid out, eye catching and extra product choice. I definitely will be shopping here much more!
