It is impossible to get my money back or a credit note under a warranty . I have been struggling for two months to get in touch with a certain Paul who is nowhere to be found, he sold to my mechanic( now he is in prison) some shock absorbers without an invoice or I suspect there was an arrangement between them and than I was forced to change those shock absorbers with my own money( euro car parts saying they don?t have anymore the parts for a replacement I took the parts back to the shop but unfortunately I haven?t received absolutely no response, arrogant young guys who are at the counter.

lovely well mannered young man behind the desk (mon 12th -5:30ish) who helped put parts in my boot without me asking and great customer service from the gentleman on the phone (sat 10th & 14th I got the same person) who put a note to my order and helped get the correct part/refund the other. I?ve never used europarts before but I?ll happily come back, thankyou
