I recently got a new contract with EE and visited twice this week, One of the senior guides, Dana and Owen were really helpful and very patient throughout the whole process when sorting out obtaining my new devices, with Owen even walking to the other EE store to grab my new smart watch! Both are a credit to the company and the store

It is the worse place to go.the staff are rude and one young girl work there is very rude.plus no manager in the place.staff sitting chatting about customer and dont help its a useless place.been instore couple of time to get internet back on.they give excuse and attitude.they got the guts to say customer don't pay them for the service at the hell they r there for.they got pay to sit n chat to collegue n leave people to sit.horrible place.when u got issue with product no one help but for the money or delayed they r quick to call and add extras.i regret i bring a friend been 3month she take sim contract don't get no internet but still paying.that lil rude girl come act like she knows better and get rude.wish i never take thing from them????

EE Customer Service
I recently purchased an EE Pay As You Go SIM card, and the entire experience has been a complete nightmare. From the moment I tried to return it within the 14-day period, I was ignored and passed around like a hot potato between departments, with no one willing to take responsibility or solve the problem.
I followed every instruction, submitted the required forms, and yet I received nothing but a wall of unhelpful responses. The customer service team seems completely incapable of doing their job and clearly couldn?t care less about helping customers. This has been nothing short of a disgrace.
I joined EE expecting decent service, but after this mess, I regret it deeply. The whole process has been a waste of time, and it?s evident that EE has no regard for their customers? issues.
I?m now forced to escalate this to the appropriate authorities because EE?s team can?t do anything useful.

Allowed my ex partner to take out a phone contract in my name! Absolute scammers and liars in this store. Even when investigated lied and said it was a female that took out the phone contract when it was a male. Left me paying nearly £100 a month for a phone that I have never even set eyes on.

This shop and EE in general are terrible. Staff couldn't seen less interested. Tried to go to a sim only plan, GB ranges from 5, 25, to 125 which is just insane when most people use between 10 - 15. They claimed to have a "today only" deal at 20 which conveniently due to a "system problem" meaning only the more expensive plans were available.
