Went to Dunelm for bedding and blinds, wasn't disappointed,lots of choice and reasonable prices. Staff very helpful and service with a smile . Amelia went above and beyond. . Thanks

We went to the cafe today in dunelm to be served by a very ignorant cold woman/server don?t think she looked at me once .. we ordered 2 cakes and a latte and a hot choc , my hot choc cake and the cup was filthy ! Like mushy pea green stain all over the side dried in ? Don?t know how it wasn?t noticed ! The handle was also dirty .. I didn?t even take a sip out of the cup as it make me really want to go look in that kitchen as that?s not acceptable !Refund took about 10 mins to process as the lady couldn?t work the till, by then the queue was soo long! Never again
