I was greeted by Liberty who was very professional,helpful and informative, I tried several mattresses, while we sat and discussed my requirements I was offered a drink, all in all a very pleasant experience and I even walked out with a couple of pillows free of charge. Sweet dreams.

Amazing service from Graham and Lindsey. We did a sleep study to find the perfect bed style to match our body and sleeping style. Offered a free tea, coffee water. Able to test all different kinds of beds and pillows, and very helpful with sorting out finance and deposits for our budget.

Dan was really helpful today. Had seen a deal online which was a mattress and bedframe. The matress had 100 off when bought with the selected bedframe. When I trued out the mattress in store I realised it wasnt quite right for me. Dan was extremely helpful in helping me choose an alternative. Unfortunately this mattress wasnt part of the deal I mentioned previously but Dan was able to get me back down to the price I had in mind anyway so I could get everything within my budget. Fantastic customer service.

We were met by Lindsey as we walked into the Aintree store . She was amazing. She arranged for us to trial the ?sleep match? and matched us with pillows . We then explored different beds mattresses and headboards with Lyndsey?s help.
We were also offered a drink before finalising a sale . Thank you so much for your service. .

Found the mattress we needed easily. Staff were friendly a young lady greeted us as we entered. We were offered the sleep match tech which is very clever. Our sale was processed by Kevin who offered us drinks and made us welcome. Easy process to buy and arrange delivery. Got a good offer including guarantee and a mattress protector. We were offered pillows also. Very happy. Previously ordered from Dreams and would again.

Great in store experience at the aintree store. Liberty was great, really friendly and well informed. She offered drinks as soon as we walked through the door, greeting us with a smile. She offered the sleep match service and then walked me through my recommendations with a pillow in hand.

The lady who helped me pick a bed was lovely. She explained the whole process from the start to the finish. Lay on a bed so it could measure me etc , know where I needed more support. The staff member who helped me was very polite and helpful. She asked if we wanted a drink . This lady is an asset to the company.

We came here Saturday 1st march, chose a mattress getting it delivered Thurs 6th, really easy. Customer service was great, spoke to Lyndsey she offered us drinks, sleep match, went through everything thoroughly. Made up.
