Staff at the Speke branch were lovely, we were greeted on arrival by Tim and invited to try the sleepmatch bed which we did, it recommended some products which we tried with pillows. Once we had chosen we were offered drinks and biscuits whilst we went through with our purchase, so glad we chose to use dreams, eagerly awaiting our new mattress now so all good so far ?

Bought a mattress this afternoon, helped by a young lady called Eloise. She couldn?t have been more friendly , informative, explained everything as we were pretty clueless on the ins & outs of mattresses, left the store knowing we have made a great choice.Thank you very much Steve & Vanessa

Excellent service and product knowledge from all the Dreams colleagues at Dreams in Speke, Liverpool.Everyone went above and beyond and the customer service was excellent, as were the latte and cappuccino coffees provided during our visit.Thank you Ian, Tim and the young lady that gave Jane and I the perfect experience.

Grabbed a great sofa bed that was on sale and our sales person Tim was incredibly courteous, fast any lovely! Even threw in a few extras to sweeten the deal for us! Great place

She shown us the sleepmatch service and assisted in finding the mattress that is right for us. After finding what we were after she secured a brilliant deal that me and my partner are elated with. Offered us a beverage and made the payment process as comfortable as possible. Would definitely recommend !

Staff excellent and I chose their worst mattress. It was a good price reduced to a better price. Since then I have seen a superior Wayfair mattress for the same price. Wish I'd never bothered. I suggest that Dreams, who are a good company, not carry such an inferior mattress. My mistake!
