I booked this place and they cancelled my booking when it was announced that Liverpool would host the eurovision song contest. Then they relisted my room at over four times the price I paid. Don't stay here. Garbage people.

To be plain and simple : *reception desk is in another building a 5 min walk away which we did not know about. *disgusting facilities *DIDNT GET DAMAGE DEPOSIT BACK (£100) We have tried ringing and emailing but no answer. So had to take this further to get our money back. *No private car park at the hotel you just have to find the closest car park to it. Very sketchy. Felt like a scam. DO NOT BOOK!

This company is very unorganised and unprofessional. Upon arrival the key to our room had been taken home by a member of staff and the room still needed cleaning. Baring in mind we did not arrive till 6pm so they had plenty of time to sort the apartment out. We then had to sit for two hours waiting to this to be sorted. We were only provided with one key to the room which is not ideal for two people who have different schedules. When we booked we were assured parking is available for two cars but then once arriving are told parking is first come first serve. We eventually got parking but the carpark was disgustingly dirty and unkept. The apartments and parking is meant to have security however large portions of the day no one is there. Cars were getting broken into in the carpark (which is very expensive to use!) and the alternative carpark is infested with rats. This company needs to take a serious look at itself and improve the quality of customer service. I will definitely not be using them again.

Location is good. Hotel was awful. No toilet roll spoke to others who also had no toilet roll. Filthy and stumbled into the radiator which has burnt me. Extremely hot and dangerous

The apartments itself was nice but a few things were already damaged and the tv didn?t work properly. The staff were very rude, talking amongst themselves and ignoring customers who wanted to check in/out. After we had left we tried to contact them about lost property because I had left behind a sentimental jumper and I emailed and rung them and the don?t answer emails or the phone. We also waited two weeks to have our damage deposit back because we didn?t damage anything in the room and we had taken pictures of everything that was damaged as soon as we arrived, we didn?t get our damage deposit back and I have rung them countless times about it at different times of the day and they never answer the phone so that?s £100 that you lose out on. It almost seems like a scam so I would highly recommend AVOIDING this as a place to stay in Liverpool as there are much nicer places to stay with better staff and nicer rooms.

We as a group of 16 arrived between 4-5 pm, the check in reception was way out of the way, the front steps were filthy dirty, there is no wheelchair access, when we finally got the keys for the room we were all scattered between floors 2, 3 and 4! We got up to our room and were greeted with the smell of sewage, bed linen wasn't changed, floors filthy, no bedding for the sofa bed, all towels dirty and used, bins all full, stuff still in the fridge, 1 spoon between 4, not enough light bulbs for the room, then when we complained to the manager he didn't even care, avoid this place, it's not worth it at all

Nightmare is more like it . Starts off that the reception is two blocks away but not mentioned when booking . Front door doesn?t close and the entrance hall looks like it hasn?t been cleaned in weeks . Got to our room at o notice that the room had not been cleaned up after the previous occupancy. Went to complain but got fobed off as being rude . After getting the cleaners to come and clean the three rooms we were staying in we noticed that my 3 year old would have done a better job . One of the rooms was not even touched . Upon further examination there was mold , beds were still dirty and food from other people still in the fridge .

would never go again arrived 4pm rooms weren't ready those that were ready were filthy .went to complain to the Management said she didn't care she was so rude with us .We had booked apartments and didn't get what we booked.KEEP CLEAR

This is the WORST place I have ever stayed at! When we arrived at 5pm (1 hour after ?check in?) 3/5 of out booked Rooms had not been cleaned (at all) when this was addressed with management, they were extremely rude and dismissive. luckily we found the cleaning crew in the halls, who then cleaned 2 of the rooms but never came back to do the 3rd.

Check in is about two blocks away, you?re not told this just expected to know. We had booked 4 rooms, then were only given 3. On arrival to the rooms, none of them had been cleaned. We approached a cleaner who was very sorry and tried to help. She contacted management but they didn?t want to resolve the issue and left it with her! The rooms where then cleaned and new bedding was produced etc. Once getting to our rooms they unfortunately were still dirty, the bed sheets covered in stains and hair, the toilets still stained and the shower head mouldy. The sofa was dirty so that you could see the dirt cloud puff up as you sat down. We decided to take the walk to reception to discuss the issue?. Management did not care and called us rude and walked away, his words ?I don?t care! You?re a rude group aren?t you?! That night after our night out, we decided to get some shut eye, wish it was that easy! The mattresses were awful, mine in particular was destroyed in the middle and smelt so bad I slept on the floor which seemed more comfortable. In the morning before we left, we stripped the beds to be helpful?. Wished we hadn?t! The stains were disgusting! Blood, urine and sweat!!!! It?s unfortunate as they could be really nice apartments, the cleaners were trying to help but with management like that they will never succeed. They owners need to get rid of the rude, obnoxious manager and maybe get someone in who does care!!! Then maybe it would be a pleasant experience!! In all honesty the best part of that experience was getting out and going home!!,

Bad feeling when I arrived -entrance area was dirty;towels and rubbish all over the floor.Front door/bed was broken, no towels/toiletries as advertised. Dirty clothes/earplugs left.AVOID.I could go on

We had booked 3x apartments for a group of 16. Upon arrival our original booking was changed. To 5x rooms. When we arrived in the rooms all the rooms bar one hadn't even been cleaned! We went to Dream office to complain and we were shocked that staff simply didn't give a damn and just said tough...We spoke to the cleaners who were on site and they agreed to come to clean the rooms.

I?d like to specify that my friends and I didn?t even make it beyond the front desk before we cancelled our booking. It is quite literally borderline a scam. My friends and I arrived at Silk House at around 5pm after a morning in Liverpool, and being greeted by a broken front door and piles of litter outside was about the most pleasant part of the whole experience. The reception desk is not a ?desk? at all per-sae, rather a cheap table with a bathroom cabinet hung behind it to hold keys. Standing there was a group of 5 women similarly checking in. They were having a back-and-forth with one of the two receptionists, to the point these guests were laughing over how disastrous their circumstances were (no linen or towels in the room, mattresses on the floor as ?beds?, no toilet paper etc?). Before we could entirely grasp the situation, the second receptionist greeted us and immediately made us sign the contract and scanned our IDs? (I?d also like to add that she was currently using tissue to tend to her bloody nose, though we?re still unsure if this was medical or the result of being socked in the face?) Only after signing this contract did we find out that instead of 1 double room, my friends and ai now had 2 individual (somehow Booking.com?s fault), and even worse, that the card machine was apparently ?broken? and we?d need to pay the £200 + an additional £100 damages deposit by cash. (It soon became clear why the other group of women were angry?) I told the receptionist that I didn?t have that sort of cash on me, and even after she pointed out a cash machine at the train station down the road, I said I didn?t feel comfortable handing over that amount of money without any sort of digital receipt of the transaction. The receptionist then told me I could give her my COMPLETE card details to ?send to head office?, then proceeded to show me a Wattsap group chat with an assortment of other guests full credit card information! I told her there was absolutely no way I was handing over my credit card information. The two receptionists grew more and more hostile, to the point they were being verbally aggressive. There was no way my friends and I were staying there (pity on the ladies and group of young men in the reception who did). Thankfully Booking.com where very sympathetic to the situation and cancelled the booking free of charge an hour later after they attempted to contact the property for answers on their behaviour with no response. To sum up- DO NOT BOOK WITH THESE GUYS! They are sketchy, rude, run dangerous practice, and just generally utterly terrible.

Owner of this apartements shouldn't be called a human! With booking made in September last year, he just cancellled my booking. All that, just because he wants to make profit on all Eurovision fans as I am. We should all avoud those kind of people!!
