Gutted that I had to give them one star, would love to give zero despite the finished article being a good pizza. Ordered a pizza for collection, got home and realised that they had put ghurkins on instead of green peppers, a million miles away from each other, not even sure why gherkins are an option for a pizza.
Rang up to complain and was told that they would remake the pizza. I said I was unhappy that I had to spend the time and petrol sorting out their problem and I was told that there was nothing they could do. Basically take it or leave it.
When I went back to the store the guy hardly spoke English and it seemed the rest of the staff was the same. Used to love this branch but there have definitely been changes here recently for the worse. This is not the first time I have had issues here recently but it will definitely be the last. I will never shop at Domino's again!!!

Received the wrong pizza as requested no chicken, yet there were small pieces of chicken on it. They sent a new pizza out and it was totally wrong yet again. I requested a refund but the manager has refused. I won?t be using again.

I ordered a vegan pizza, but it arrived with small meatball pieces mixed in with the vegetables. When I called to address the issue, they initially denied the mistake but later offered a refund, which I haven't received yet. BTW I disposed of it in the trash.

Swathi Gulapalli, the HR of the store has scheduled an in-store interview and when we travel all the way spending time to the store, they say no more staff required. No information passed on. Unprofessional.

Would give zero stars if possible. Went to collect an online order to be told someone else had collected it. As this wasn?t possible I asked for a refund and was told by the manager that he couldn?t take the loss! They have names of customers on a visible screen and do not check what people have ordered but just hand out pizza to anyone, great store if you have no money but want to steal somebody else?s pizza. Just say name on top of screen and off you go, absolutely disgusting. Have emailed head office and getting in touch with my bank today. Do not order from this store unless you want to buy a stranger dinner as the managers attitude is disgraceful

I orderd couple times from them. 3 orders were an absolute nightmare. 2 complete wrong, nothing from what I asked and the 3r order showed up like this (both pizza completely burnt). I ring and a angry man answered. He said they will send new pizza but he want the pizza I received back. Anyway wouldn?t eat those pizzas

I have recently visited this store!!! The shift manager was preetham!!! Absolutely great service and a pleasant management!!! Would strongly recommend this store.
