Went to see if this shop had any silver or grey washing machines as my old one broke down, was told to return next day as would be some arriving. Returned as a new Grundig machine that was just what I was looking for had arrived in the shop. The owner, after hearing from me that I don't have much time off work then delivered, installed, tested it and removed my old machine.All within an hour of me buying it, outstanding service, am very happy. The new machine was up and running so quickly, definitely will buy again!

Can find some good stuff there however the customer service is absolutely appalling. God forbid something breaks down, they do not arrange for engineer. Have been asking for an engineer to come out and check out the issue for like 4 months now to no avail. Zero customer care after purchase. Do better.

Easy to find on the corner, shop is quite full with a reasonable selection of larger appliances. Most where not big names.They deliver for £20 locally but you can collect, which we did.There was only one assistant in store when we visited, a very helpful and pleasant lady. But this meant we had to move and load fridge into car ourselves.One point to be wary of is that the fridge we bought was advertised as Two year guarantee, but when we opened it up it was only one. Hopefully this won't be an issue.

Bought a washing machine earlier in the year and a dryer in the last few weeks and we are now going back for a chest freezer (or 2)....so I think that tells you how happy we are with both the items and the service. ..often same day or next day delivery...the main stores can't beat that!

There was an issue with the appliance I bought the gentlemen came where friendly helpful and apologized for any inconvenience and replaced it within 10 minutes. Fabulous customer service.

Will is one really nice fella too be honest, he's a gentleman thehthe business owner and issue and rest behold Paul his assistant came too repair my cooker. He's a friendly chap and really helpful to be honest had a laugh when he was fitting it.After the pandemic these guys not only fitted and done delivery and recycling services and with an ignition issue resolved it for only a small fee . This is a small business but a good one t business. Thanks Will for everything pal appreciate it five star service?

I bought a washing machine from here, it was priced reasonably and they gave me a year warranty. They also display variety of fridges and cookers. The owner is a truly hardworking guy and he really deserve business.Highly Recommended place to buy from.Keep it local guys.. keep Liverpool Running.

Bought a cooker. It came with a broken control knob for the grill but the shop fixed it in no time. Great shop. Very friendly.

Once appliance was delivered their attitude changed completely. They even fronted me up accusing me of damaging the appliance myself, absolutely unbelievable. Their customer service really is non-existent. Twelve months warranty, it wasn't even a week!! Take the correct legal route via the small claims court, their attitude soon changes, believe me they haven't a leg to stand on. Take my advice and avoid this organisation. You've been warned!!

Cow BoysBought a fridge that leaked after 2 days and a cooker that knocks loudly. Completely unhelpful wanted us to disconnect cooker and take back to the shop as engineer would not come to property where it had been installed. Simply refused a refund. Don?t waste your money, go to a proper shop as you get what is expected from a two bit outfit.
