Staff are so lovely and approachable! Ready to help if needed but also give space if not ready. Great variety of items, just purchased our sofa. :)

good selection, show room is a bit cluttered but ur there for the variety. Friendly staff, not bothersome. There is plenty of free parking and ev chargers are available between DFS, SCS and Greg's.

Great branch. We've had our units for 2 years and they've been brilliant. The lads in the Aintree branch just advised me on how to disassemble our units so we can move house. Couldn't have made it easier even showed us how.

This company is the worst I have ever had to deal with.
Ordered furnitures over £5k.
Coffee table arrived with a chipped corner for £400.00.
Got it replaced with a broken one?
Now the last coffee table which arrived broken has been scheduled for pick up and being delivered a new one 3x.
Took 3 days off work and got same day cancellation from DFS.
They don?t want to do compensation for loss of income however I don?t have the rights to cancel the recliners I have ordered ( haven?t been delivered yet ) free of charge but they expect you not to work and lose income.
Now the manager of Aintree DFS has rang me today and telling me noone asked me to stay home it could be anyone home. My friend, we all work you know to earn money. You are the manager and your customer service is rubbish, disgusting. When I raised the complaint I told him to send over the details by email about how to contact the ombudsman which they legally should advise however he has refused to do it.
Unfortunately I can?t afford to have 3 days of loss of earnings therefore I will take this case towards the ombudsman and they will decide if DFS are responsible or not for any compensation.
You good to care of your customers until you take money of them however you are a joke after that. Scammers. Items get delivered damaged, they tell you there is a bundle with the recliners including coffee table. Then they say it?s not included.
Callum H. the salesperson claims he has shown us what they mean under coffee table (cup holders on the recliner) however when I asked him to provide the cctv footage where he has explained and shown it he couldn?t get back to me with the cctv footage.
Honestly people, I WARN YOU TO AVOID THIS COMPANY!
Quality is poor, customer service is poor, reviews are bad for reasons!
Never ever again dealing with them. All they want is to take your money, hit their monthly target & they don?t care about anything else.

Vert bad delivery service
brought he dining table with its packages torn , and then asked me to install it !!!!
however , they did not tell us that during buying it , when I called them they told that we told your wife!!!! , which did not happen
the delivery man asked to sign the form , which i refused , then they took the dining table back
and moved away
After that , recieved an automated email from DFS that I recieved the delivery
since that time , I am in a closed viscous circle with their incompetent customer service without
any benefit , every time just telling me , that they will call me back !!!
I JUST BOUGHT THE AIR WITH THEM

Dfs aintree. Bought cuddler chair , salesman removed screwon legs and wrapped chair ,asked me to ring them next day to advise time I was picking it up, rang customer services 3 times, each time they couldn't get through to store, arrived at 7.55 pm last night to pick it up, shop was shut, asked 2 members of staff to open so I could get chair. On getting it home and putting legs on , only 3 would screw in, chair had no thread to screw in 3rd one just a hole. Salesman must have noticed this when removing legs ! Phoned C.services , earliest date for someone to come out is 2nd May, I asked him to put me through to the manager at the store which he said he couldn't do as there weren't enough staff in store .feel like I was sold a faulty item , customer service absolute rubbish .

would give it zero if I could, ordered suite 17/1/24. paid £500 deposit. Had to cancel due to unforseen problems. rang customer service on 18th , told it was cancelled and store would ring in 72 hrs. they rag monday to say it could not be cancelled as already being made yet it had 14 week wait. 9 calls later waiting for area manager still to see if I still have to take order. Drpodit will be kept even if I can cancel. never afain would I use this store.t

Came in November and ordered sofa and chair. Couldn't be delivered until January - which I was fine with. I was told that because of this, any Christmas sale discounts would be "passed on".So my order got delivered and my bill statement came through - no discount from the sale reductions. When I contacted dfs they said "no sorry you should have chased it up sooner, there's nothing we can do".Very underhanded and shady business practice.

Came on the 28th December 2023 , as soon as we arrived we were approached by a staff member asking what are we here to look for and do we need help ! We politely said we are browsing.....literally 10 seconds another member of staff approached asking the same then again then again!! Extremely frustrating when your trying to look and having pushy sales people suggesting you need to sit down and talk through what it is you want ! If people need you they will ask , me and the husband came home and ordered online and paid the extra £100 for delivery ,just so we didn't have to deal with annoying sales people . DFS need to do better stop harassing people it's not what customers like I get they are on commission but if that's the case don't have so many at one time in the store all fighting for a sale .
