Put car in at 8am as asked. Car gears stiff. Got car back at 3pm. Charge £90 labour and £18 parts... Car still the same as it went in. Waste of money

I booked my car in for an emergency MOT, having been let down elsewhere. They fitted me in at less than one working day's notice, gave me a precise time to arrive and collect, and met both. No additional costs to standard MOT charge, polite and friendly service. First class :-).
