Work needs to be done within the overall building to warrant the price. Also, more staff are required in and around different sections of the building. More facilities that are paid for in the cost should also be provided to prevent people either waiting to use a hairdryer, finishing earlier to prevent waiting and also ensure long queues do not build within the dining area.

Used to be the best about but has sadly gone downhill over the past few years. Pretty much all the PTs have gone so there?s nobody about to help members and tidy up. The gym floor is like an obstacle course and dangerous. Not the fault of the gym if members are too lazy and ignorant to re-rack weights but staff should still be tidying them away. Worst of all is the lack of air-conditioning. This gym has been open for over 20 years now, takes in hundreds of thousands per year in membership fees and amazingly has no system in place to keep the gym cool (not even possible to open a window in the main gym area). Still must be 30+ degrees in October and the place is unbearable in summer.Edit - apologies if the gym does have air-conditioning but the fact I?ve been a member for nearly 10 years and never noticed it could mean it doesn?t work as well as it should. The gym is unbearably hot for about 4-5 months of the year.

I've been a member for many years and my membership is worth every penny.I participate in water aerobics 4times a wk and the aerobics staff are amazing .

Takes hours to answer the phone and when they do they never return your call.Had an injury clap I couldn?t train they harass you for payment so I paid in full fir the years and it looks like they?ve rolled me into another contract and are asking me for more money ruthless people who can?t return calls !!

Pool was good for swimming, although a slow swimmer doing breath stroke in the fast lane should have been be asked to move to the other lanes. Outside pool nice & warm. Showers & changing rooms spotless. Cafe looked nice & had a good choice of food at a reasonable price, but machine coffee is a definate no no for me. 1st impression really good.
