We?d been looking for a smart TV and decided to go to Currys to see if we could find one we liked. The service was absolutely excellent! The staff member gave us helpful recommendations and even showed us the same TV we liked, but in a bigger size with a very good promotion. In the end, we also received another Samsung promo along with clear instructions on how to claim it. I highly recommend this place, especially for the fantastic service we received.

My experience of using this Curry?s branch has been exceptional.
The service of Curry?s delivery drivers and telephone staff was abysmal. However, the individuals who have assisted me in this shop have really made up for it. I wish there was a way to contact Curry?s via email to provide feedback on the service offered by those working within this branch because it really is fantastic. I have dealt with Jimmy, Zak and Will separately on three different occasions and each person could not have done more to assist me. They really are an asset to Curry?s and should be used as an example to those working for the wider company.

Appalling service!! If only there was an option for a 0 star. Bought a 75 inch TV that turned out to be too big for my media wall. I went back the following day for a possible swap but got refused on the basis that the TV had no box. The manager was hostile and very dismissive. This guy exemplified bad customer service, he was so abrupt and kept using jargon like ?nada? to imply ?no?. He would not even entertain my explanation and handed me a bunch of flyers to read the policies.
