Been for 3 phone upgrades here lads are amazing , always get you crazy boss deals your not even aware of can't do enough for you to try help you accessories and beat deals ect . Been other stores they wasn't really interested these lads here are great highly recommend

Thought I got a great deal on a tv only to get home and no power cable in the box or remote. Drove 12 mile back to the shop to get them and they have given me the wrong power cable for the tv. There is no direct number for the store everything goes through a call centre which is horrendous customer service

I loved the experience! The service was prompt and the people there were so helpful. The service is top notch and very affordable. They have a good variety of products.

I visited Currys PC World to try out Bose headphones, but the test units were not working. A staff member informed me they were ?currently not working,? which was disappointing as this was the same issue a month ago. It?s frustrating to make a purchase decision without being able to test and compare. I hope this can be addressed soon.

I don't know how this store is still open. There's never anything actually in stock to pick up on the day, the best they can offer is to order the items for you for home delivery; if that was what was wanted we would just order online. The staff are never around to ask questions and when they are they aren't very helpful.

After my cooker had a manufacturer fault and they could not fix it till after Xmas, the manager at Aintree was amazing! Went well above and beyond to make sure I could cook xmas dinner. Cannot praise him enough for outstanding customer service, spent time, gave me space to make a decision, and helped every step of the way! Well done Ben, and thank you so much!

Bought an Ipad Air for my lovely wife as her old one died. Was busy in the store but never had to wait that long. Daniel the tech person was great, very knowledgeable and helped is with our choice.

Went in to test a handheld gaming device which was going to cost a few hundred £'s. Some were near the NS switches, some near gaming pcs and 1 in the mobile section so wasn't great they are all spread out but I understood.
I went to the mobile section to test the Asus Rog and no staff around.. but when one did come on he told me all the electricity in plugs were not working so I couldn't test the device... came all that way for nothing and wasted time.
One of the perks of a physical store is always being encouraged to test or try out products but nothing ever seems to be plugged in or working.
Went elsewhere to buy and waited for online deals

35 minute wait for someone to do a return and waiting... returns counter sent me to the repair one with a worker who said he can't do it so had to get someone. Worker never returned with anyone and I'm still here waiting. How can there only be limited staff who are trained on returns?! Not even a busy Wednesday...

First the lady ordered the wrong laptops I had to phone up and get them changed then when they arrived I tried to put the anti virus on them that were bought in store and they hadn't been activated so I phoned up the support line again they told me I had to get them changed or refunded in store. I do not live by the store so had to get a bus there, only to be rudely told they should have been activated before I paid for them and they can't activate them once they have been paid for an they don't refund or exchange them in store even tho I bought them in this store. She said I had to do it online. I came home rang support again told them what she said and the were adamant that anything bought in a store could be returned or refunded in any of their stores. He told me to go back to the store again and if I had problems again then to ask the worker to phone them and they would speak to them. So I had to get the bus back to the store again which is a 25 minute journey each way. Went to the support desk again, I saw a different worker this time named Connor (did not get the girls name) explained the problem an what support had said and what his co worker had said earlier, he told me he said he wasn't from computing an would go an speak to someone who is and he would be a few minutes, he came back within a few mins with 2 replacements for the 2 that didn't work, he apologised for the inconvenience he was very polite, friendly and helpful the whole time, wish I'd seen him first.
