Janet on frount of house went above and beyond from the second we arrive until the second we left -Our family was on an early flight from Dublin on route our little girl became unwell, We arrived to the hotel with the hopes we could pay extra for a early check in - Janet completely took on the situation and made sure that we were all ok , directed us to the nearest pharmacy and also checked in on how we were doing throughtout our stay - its rare to find this level of customer services and appreciation - Janet made a situation that was stresfull very calm - we will be back

What a fantastic visit we had this weekend , the whole experience was of the highest quality.. Our room was extremely comfortable and had everything we needed. All the staff were so very friendly, the breakfast was fantastic , and to top off our perfect stay , after we had checked out we were told that we could leave the car on the carpark so we could go for a walk . Our visit certainly made my Wife's birthday weekend special.. I would definitely recommend without doubt staying here ..Thank you Crowne Plaza for an excellent Weekend

Large hotel with a smallish car park for the amount of rooms. Rooms are comfortable and reasonably well equipped. TV channels are messed up. The beds are comfortable if a little too soft and lumpy. Pillows are terrible, too squishy, there needs to be some firmer ones on offer. In one room the heating and cooling didn't work, in another room the heating was completely useless. There's no way of opening any window. I bet it's horrendously stuffy in the summer. WiFi is fast and reliable. The food is ok if a little pricey and the restaurant is too small for disorganized breakfast service at the weekend.

Heating/cooling control in the room seems not to work well. Several of my co-travelkers complained about the room being too hot despite activating the AC.I'm a bit disappointed as well about the hotel charging for water.

What a find! Went for three nights during February half-term and cannot fault this hotel. Exceptional location in terms of convenience for city centre, marina, ferry etc. Very comfortable and well maintained accommodation. Excellent service at all times. Bar is expensive but food very high quality and good value. Breakfast is great but extremely busy 830-9. Pool is also busy and you must book. Free parking on site. Would happily return and strongly recommend.

5? Hotel , The service is fantastic , the hotel is very clean and tidy . We had a long day and went to the pool to relax , 2 girls on duty were so helpful , Rachael and Chloe explained the booking process and nothing was too much trouble. I was really tired and couldn't be bothered getting changed , they said it was fine for me to take my towel and robe back to the room for collection the next day , Its little things like this that make my stay relaxing and convenient . Will deffinatly stay here again . Thanks .Nearby activities: The hotel was central to Liverpool so lovely short walk to bars restaurants and shops.

Worth booking a waterfront room, we had a great view and room was of the standard I expect from IHG ?only gripe is that the cooked breakfast needs some improvementRooms: Great room and views when you book waterfrontNearby activities: No shortage of things to do in Liverpool. Recommend booking Shiverpool, and the view from the giant wheel is good tooWalkability: 20 minute walk to most attractions and restaurants. Recommend the Maritime Museum

Recently visited here for a works function. The evening was great in fantastic surroundings, and the hotel offers a lovely atmosphere. The food was amazing and staff very attentive.

My family stayed here as a treat for my son's 10th birthday. We pushed our usual budget up a bit and it was well worth it. The bedroom was spacious, the pool was fantastic, but the highlight was the amazing breakfast, with so much choice. The service was so lovely and they were able to do a few extras for my son's birthday which were just fantastic. The bathroom was slightly dated but it didn't affect our stay. Thank you so much, we will definitely stay again for another special occasion.

My recent stay at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre was a mixed bag of experiences. Firstly, I would advise against upgrading to a suite. While the room was spacious, immaculately clean, and boasted a comfortable bed, the bathroom left much to be desired. The plumbing seemed to have its own mind ? the sink erupted with an intensity reminiscent of an Icelandic geyser, while the bath and shower's water flow was frustratingly meagre. This aspect of the suite certainly didn't justify the upgrade.However, the hotel's staff deserves every accolade. They were nothing short of fantastic ? helpful, courteous, and always ready to assist. Their professionalism and warmth significantly enhanced my stay.The pool and spa facilities were a pleasant addition to the hotel. They provided a nice, relaxing escape within the bustling city.Regarding the dining experience, I had read some less-than-stellar reviews about the hotel's restaurant but found it to be quite satisfactory. The cuisine might not be classified as fine dining, but it doesn't aim to be. The food was decent, arrived promptly, and though slightly overpriced, it was enjoyable. The breakfast, however, was a standout ? especially the omelette, which I've now added to my list of the best hotel omelettes.In conclusion, while I would stay at the Crowne Plaza Liverpool City Centre again, I would not opt for a suite upgrade unless the bathroom maintenance is addressed. It's a shame that such a flaw detracts from the overall quality, especially given the exceptional staff. I hope the IHG group recognises this issue and takes steps to match the high standards set by their team.

Great hotel real friendly staff bout 15 min walk to all the pubs and shops. the lad that checked us in was so helpfull and friendly I THINK Bradley was his name young guy real helpful checking and out the cleaning crew when you'd meet them in the hall always had a smile and a big hello for you all the staff were 100% sound from the doormen to the leasure centre staff couldn't meet nicer. the pool was lovely warm and not too busy when we went in lovely jacuzzi and top notch steam room and sauna. if I make it back to Liverpool I'll be staying here. well done and keep up the great work. p.s sorry if I got Bradley's name wrong meant to do this a few days ago
