Told them I had a belt noise and they booked the van in. Girl explained it may be a belt or something else like a bearing so may need to come back in after the problem was identified, which I said is no problem. Phoned me at 4pm the night before to cancel asking me what the problem was, that'swhy it was booked in. I use my van for work so I had cancelled jobs and appointments to get it in. If you can't keep an appointment, don't tell people you can!

Excellent service. I'm relatively new to driving and found myself in need of a garage. I've been dreading the day I'd have to do this as I know nada about car symptoms. Initially thought this garage only dealt with vans but found out that this is not the case. Going by the reviews on here I thought I'd give them a go, and I'm very glad I did. The young lady at the reception (Melissa) was very helpful throughout my experience. No more scouring the net trying to find a reputable garage for me, I've found the one I'll be coming back to. Thanks Cropper's, I'll see you in March for the MOT.
