Should be called create Havoc. Had 2 washing machines in a year, both useless. Because over a year wont fix or replace. This company has ruined my life.

I've had a set of a Zanussi washing machine and vented dryer as well as a Hisense microwave and they have all worked perfect! Came in great condition, The delivery boys were so helpful, the service was outstandingly good! would definitely recommend.

Just popped in with cash in hand to buy a dryer. When asking questions about the dryer I got very dry replies from the person working in the shop. I asked if I could take it right away and got a reply of "I have nothing to help you move it" when asked if you could help me walk to the car 10yds away with it you replied with "if I do that I will have to close my shop" terrible attitude and must be finicially great if you can't be bothered to actually sell anything. Won't be back awful experience. Good luck to you if that's how you run a business. Also a charity shop so that charity lost out today because of your laziness and attitude.

They charge over the odds for appliances that don't last long. They give you a warranty and then cannot fix them. When they take the appliance back they pocket the delivery charge even though as you no longer have the item you have no longer had any service. It's like taking an item back to the shop and still charging you for the carrier bag ?

It's ok but alot is tacky looking And not the cheapest of used good either bit you do get a guarantee. fb is better in my opinion

Why would anyone in there right mind pay £140 for a second hand washing machine when you could buy a brand new one for a couple of pound more the same applies to fridges and cookers

Very helpful staff very friendly and my mum is made up with the washing machine also the 6 months warranty that comes with it is very good for piece of mind. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Bought reconditioned washing machine 2009, have just renewed another machine hope it lasts as long, very reasonable prices,staff very helpful they install machine and take old one away at no extra cost, also keeps young people in a job

Create is a cheaper alternative for buying domestic appliances. Basically they refurbish appliances and sell on, inc delivery and fitting. Good for some,but some items can be overpriced for 2nd hand
