Very short staffed before 9am. I come twice weekly before work and have waited upto 25 minutes in the queue. Many people end up leaving the queue and the wait is too long and too much to handle for 1 staff member? who isn?t the jolliest of a morning and even tells people ?if you are in a hurry I suggest you don?t wait?.

The darkest and dingiest Costa Coffee, I have EVER been to. This place is gross. Everything being served in takeaway cups with litter left on most of the tables. Had to get a code for the bathroom door and that was gross too. Dirty and dusty.
This place must be incredibly short staffed or something, I don't know, but Ew.
I hope this coffee doesn't kill me.....

I left my bag here yesterday and I came back this morning, they had popped it in the staff room for me so it was safe until I returned. Thanks very much to the staff who made sure my belongings were safe and waiting for me. ??

Busy shop inside Next, due to larger Costa outside being unable to serve hot drinks, no seats available due to people hogging tables holding meetings, staff stressed but pleasant and friendly, no power to move people on even though they weren't buying anything ?

My friend and I regularly use this Costa. It's a nice little place for a catch-up. Friendly staff and nicely set out. Don't usually have lunch there, but I had the mac and cheese this time. It was quite tasty, though the portions aren't very big.

Absolutely filthy. Coffee was nice and service good. It wasn't 'busy' messy; it was grimey... food covered and sticky floors and tables.

The staffing has now settled down following a hiatus which saw the departure of the previous manager and several longstanding members of staff. Present team members are pleasant and helpful. Coffees are well prepared and the food quality is pretty consistent. Locals have returned and the venue is always busy.

I went this morning whilst my wife went shopping and I had my little Shih Tzu with me, I stood by the door and asked if it was OK to order as I didn't want to go inside with my dog, one of the girls working happily took my order and said she would happily bring out my coffee and toast to me, great service really pleasant staff they are a credit to your brand and you should be proud to have staff like this in your business
